Hi, is there a way to use a different ingress service? I’m using `emissary-ingress` and I was wondering if you had a reference implementation for that instead of using Amazon Loadbalancer Ingress Controller?

there are people using all sorts of ingresses

this is really nuts, contour, ambassador, alb, gke ingress, elb, istio, linkerd etc etc. It is impossible to maintain these. If you do plan to use something else ensure it has
`grpc` and `http` support
