Is there a process/way to make sure that a run of the CICD pipeline for a PR does not need to be approved every time? When checkíng in code it takes sometimes days until a run is approved. Some of the steps that are run in Gitlab cannot be executed on my local machine e.g. the Linter simply breaks when executed locally
