#2243 [BUG] Flyteadmin should check launch plans when an execution of the same name already exists Issue created by katrogan Describe the bug Currently, creating an execution within a project and domain with an already claimed name returns "AlreadyExists" even if the corresponding execution was triggered by a completely different launch plan. FlyteAdmin should differentiate between duplicate executions and naming collisions. Expected behavior An AlreadyExists error should clarify whether the existing execution was launched using the same launch plan.
