#2242 [Housekeeping] Single message for execution parameters Issue created by katrogan Describe the issue Currently execution-time parameters such as • labels • annotations • security context • raw output data config • max parallelism • notifications can all be specified in the launch plan spec, the create execution request spec, and soon, as a matchable attribute. It would be useful to consolidate all of these parameters into a single, re-usable protobuf message definition that will make adding new parameters a breeze. What if we do not do this? Any new execution parameters will have to be added piecemeal to the LaunchPlanSpec, ExecutionSpec and WorkflowExecutionConfig matchable entity.
