We noticed some odd behavior when expanding a dynamic node on flyte console. Clicking the expand arrow causes the list of nodes to temporarily disappear and say "no executions found". Seems to be related to a slow load as after a while it will come back and show the expanded nodes. Is this something that anybody has seen before?

Seen something similar with a lot of dynamic tasks, not with low cardinality

What version of flyte admin are you running? We had a similar issue that was fixed with 1.8.1.
