#592 Signal: Add Resume button to execution details panel Issue created by jsonporter To support the signaling uI we want to add a "resume" button the execution detail pane (slide-out nav) that will detect if the execution is a gated node and if so, render a "resume" button. Clicking the button will open the resume form. Acceptance Criteria: • Resume button only displays on gated nodes in "paused" phase • Clicking button opens the Resume form UX flyteorg/flyteconsole
