I was thinking on:

a. A minimum of 3 members up to 5
b. A max of 2 from the same company
c. Appointed by invite for 1 year terms, can step down nominating a candidate to be elected by SC supermajority

Thoughts?

I think today it has to be based on contributions 

And good or bad - union had the max contributions
