#3329 [Docs] use pydocstyle to lint flytekit docs to enforce docstring quality Issue created by cosmicBboy Description The purpose of this issue is to start getting a handle on missing docstrings in flytekit, for example:

The first step in this is to enable a
pydocstyle
pre-commit hook to the flytekit repo: flyteorg/flytekit#1503 TODO: This issue needs to specify which error codes to look for so that we can start getting a reasonable handle on missing docstrings without putting too much burden on contributors. To get a sense of the magnitude of this issue, if we apply all of pydocstyle's rules to the flytekit codebase, we get north of 12K errors: https://gist.github.com/eapolinario/d3ac053bc9ec3971f571889ecfca690b. We'll want to start off with just a subset of these errors, and only apply them to the
flytekit
source (i.e. not the tests) Are you sure this issue hasn't been raised already? ☑︎ Yes Have you read the Code of Conduct? ☑︎ Yes flyteorg/flyte
