Also, maybe without opta? We currently don't use opta in gcp

without opta is harder, as we have to then talk about sql server setup etc

We did that in the cluster with psql in GCP. We can do the same in Azure. My question boils down to if flyte has the tooling already to handle file access, caching with azure FS, and is the service account config similar to GCP or AWS

Yup. From Opta perspective we would have to figure out the IAM stuff and the Flyte would need to handle azure fs etc
