PriorityClass: system-cluster-critical

for GCP? I’d like to recommend we disable this feature by default, and then if a user chooses to enable it the priority class + quota are added.

There isn’t an issue… @great-school-54368 and myself were discussing the way we will go about doing this yesterday. The two suggestions are: 1. Have it empty by default and only fill it in in eks-values.yaml 2. Add ResourceQuota by default in the flyte namespace… We are leaning towards the first approach for simplicity and avoid extra managed resources

I like option 1 as well
