Just to reinforce the message, out of an abundance of caution, we're making flyte decks an opt-in feature ASAP. We're working on https://github.com/flyteorg/flytekit/pull/1251 and will cut out a flytekit release (1.2.2) tomorrow. The plan after that is to audit the flyte decks renderers for the supported types and run a performance analysis and only then decide if we're going to turn flyte decks on by default in the near future.
