main

and

master

in your selection. I think all other branches nees to be removed

Are you referring to this setting on github. It will only delete merged branches, It will not delete branches from unmerged commits. To remove stale branches you have to write an action. There are too many branches in your repo. Recently there have been security attacks using unused/stale branches.. i guess it was li-gpt if i am not wrong Check the below url, there are a lot of stale branches: github.com/flyteorg/flyte/branches/stale
