I didn't test, we have the same code but just using otelgrpc

I haven't run the devbox yet, the best/easiest way to get real testing is when we have a helm chart available. Since all of our otel infrastructure is in k8s

I dunno if otel plumbing is in the helm chart but I can add that too. 

no, i mean making sure helm install flyte …. is working for you
