to ensure all output is written before

os._exit(0)

kills the process. this was causing some flyte CLI commands not to render in the docs. this happens because we recently changed the print logic from a single large write to many smaller writes. when stdout is piped (as in the docs renderer using

subprocess.run

), python uses block buffering, and

os._exit(0)

in

InvokeBaseMixin
