#6835 Unpin k8s client library verison Pull request opened by Sovietaced ## Why are the changes needed? Unpins k8s client libraries so that newer versions and thus new k8s behaviors can be used. This allows the spark-operator to be upgraded: #6836 There just needs to be some forcing of viper to the old version. ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
