pytorch.proto

existed only in v1 (

flyteidl/plugins

) and was missing from v2 (

flyteidl2/plugins

). Without this file, the PyTorch plugin messages were not available in the v2 IDL and downstream codegen. Additionally, the comment in the proto referenced a dead link to the Kubeflow Training Operator types. --- ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? • Migrate v1 → v2: Moved the v1
