http client configs are set on the default http client <https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/blob/996504d566a2f47a71b1cfede8a5d1a860085d0e/flytestdlib/storage/rawstores.go#L102|here>. These are set on the <https://github.com/flyteorg/stow/blob/fcb9bf9eb5e7f5d6bd66795976ab71a33653cad7/s3/config.go#L137|s3 client>, but not for the azure blob client.

Tested in one of Union's staging tenants
