#3190 [Core feature] Add support Hex plugin Issue created by pingsutw ### Motivation: Why do you think this is important? Hex is a modern Data Workspace. It makes it easy to connect to data, analyze it in collaborative SQL and Python-powered notebooks, and share work as interactive data apps and stories. Hex creates a chart cell that allows editors to interactively explore and aggregate a dataframe, creating rich visualizations to share with app users.
