For ContainerTask usage, I'm getting the task container will execute fairly promptly, but then the upload container gets stuck for a while and I see "Container start detection aborted" in the logs.  I don't believe I changed `containerStartTimeout`, but maybe I did somehow... what might touch this attribute?
