Hi team, a question about propeller-manager, is it a design decision that each shard pod will be scheduled strictly on different node ? or its configurable via affinity

this is the original RFC for that feature and it doesn't seem like it controls scheduling decisions, so you can use affinity or other K8s-native mechanisms to influence the scheduler
