I assume the sync to K8s itself happens periodically, what is the period/delay post an <https://docs.flyte.org/projects/flytectl/en/latest/gen/flytectl_update_cluster-resource-attribute.html|update>?

the sync period is configurable but by <https://docs.flyte.org/en/latest/deployment/cluster_config/flyteadmin_config.html#refreshinterval-config-duration|default it's 1 minute>
