Not sure where to ask this: it looks like the flyte 1.12.0 milestone release shipped but that the flyteidl artifacts did not publish to pypi / the <https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/actions/workflows/flyteidl-release.yml|action never ran> for the 1.12.0 release tag. Any maintainers around/able to kick the action?

I think you guys want `published` as the event trigger rather than `created`

my best guess is that gorelease-action transits through a 'draft' release

successfully resolved from pypi, running a test model build in our infra now
