Contributor's Meetup: should we introduce an alternating schedule to accomodate other time zones?

Would we move the current one up then?

February 1, 11:00am PT (8:00pm CET, 12:30AM IST) February 15, 6:00pm PT (3:00am CET, 7:30AM IST) Pros: Potentially feasible for folks on IST and close to join Cons: Likely to only have folks from each timezone joining once per month instead of every other week. @damp-lion-88352 @future-monitor-58430 @steep-jackal-21573 et al. If we really do split it would be nice if we could do earlier for the CET one as we won’t be able to join the other one but 8pm is already fairly late

Add a monthly contributor meetup in CET timezone, and only attend the CET timezone's one.
