#2331 [Core feature] Topic for registration events Issue created by sososohan Motivation: Why do you think this is important? Workflow lineage is stored to the FlyteAdmin DB at registration time, and can be queried through the API. This information is valuable for systems where workflows depend on external inputs - it allows verification that the correct inputs are put into place for a smooth run without the workflow itself needing to be executed and failing. Adding this info to a topic similarly to NodeExecutionEvents allows easy consumption of this data without having to query the API for all workflows at registration time. Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally? Topic similar to the existing WorkflowExecutionEvent topic, but populated as workflows get registered. Our direct need is the Workflow proto, but im sure there may be a need for other information as well. Describe alternatives you've considered Adding a hook to our workflow registration script to query the FlyteAdmin API post registration to get the Workflow proto for all workflows just registered.
