Now that we've moved to returning execution data inline for Get{Execution|NodeExecution|TaskExecution}Data requests, signed urls should move to a deprecated model and failing to produce those shouldn't fail the Get*Data request altogether. Current behavior returns an error when signing fails, e.g. here and here.
