*Why would this be helpful to the Flyte community*  
WorkflowNode allows referencing sub-workflows or other launch plans. WorkflowNode should work with local execution as well. It should be possible to reference both `SdkWofkflow`, `SdkLaunchPlan`, and `SdkRemoteWorkflow` (to be added, similarly to `SdkRemoteTask`).
