I've recently had some long running tasks get killed due to the default task limit of 48 hours. I'm wondering if this could be made unlimited by default (see: <https://flyte-org.slack.com/archives/CNMKCU6FR/p1643824606319079|relevant slack thread>, <https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/blob/1faf72e5f5ae59edb9647b2f3164271bb914e239/rsts/deployment/cluster_config/flytepropeller_config.rst#config-nodeconfig|default node config>).
