In Flyte helm chart’s values-eks.yaml file, there is a certificateArn:
e.g.
```userSettings:
  accountNumber: &lt;ACCOUNT_NUMBER&gt;
  accountRegion: &lt;AWS_REGION&gt;
  certificateArn: &lt;CERTIFICATE_ARN&gt;
  ...```
What is this cerfificate for?
And how to create one?
