Another issue I found:
I get this error for `flytectl config validate`  command, although I have `config-sandbox-yaml`  and `config.yaml`  files in `~/.flyte` directory

```Couldn't find a config file.
Validated config file successfully.```

hmm not able to repro this:

what version of `flytectl` are you running?
```flytectl version```

I am same version:

Have you exported the `FLYTECTL_CONFIG` env variable?
