Is there a timeline for a backport of 1.7.0 for us unfortunate souls that are still on protobuf 3?

<@U04LSAKK6RH>, our plan is to align the backporting of flytekit releases to the 1.2.x release branch with Google's protobuf <https://protobuf.dev/support/version-support/#python|support window> for protobuf 3.20.

In other words, the plan is to have 2 more flytekit 1.2 releases.

The expectation is to have a 1.2.14 release which will backport flytekit 1.7.0 early next week.

yup, working on it as we speak, <@U04LSAKK6RH>. First PR was merged, now working on the flytekit PR. Flytekit release 1.2.12 should be out soon.
