Smoke tested on GCP test cluster with <https://github.com/flyteorg/flytesnacks/blob/e12536cc5379f8ce95e36bfe4fb0b33c92349256/cookbook/integrations/gcp/bigquery/bigquery.py#L63|flytesnacks> BQ workflow. In the second snapshot, the correct GSA, `userflyterole`, is used.
