I’m interested in exploring the possibility of integrating Flyte and Kaskada - do you guys have a process for adding integrations? Is there a good person to talk to about that?

We have the RFC Incubator, where you would ellaborate briefly on the idea and it will serve to gauge the interest of the community. You can share it on #C04NJPLRWUX and depending on the feedback, you could start the RFC process that goes until deployment with the creation of a Working Group to make it happen, if it's Accepted.
