Yes they can, but seems would be expensive. Running one node might be cheaper

It should work, Fargate nodes have some limitations that could make them not the best fit for resource intensive ML workloads but in terms of deployment there isn't anything specific to the node type that would prevent the Helm chart to run. I think @bitter-house-36637 is using Fargate
