Instead of creating a new section and moving the Troubleshooting guide contents, I'm updating that guide (which was largely out to date) and the resulting file could be relocated closer to the User Guide (now sitting under Community) Check all the applicable boxes ☐ I updated the documentation accordingly. ☐ All new and existing tests passed. ☐ All commits are signed-off.
